Emotional Transformation Therapy

(ETT®)

You know how you would like to respond to stressors in life, but the reality is that you often find yourself emotionally and physically reactive.  The internal distress you experience is a barrier to the peace you long for in your life. You want to be able to be your real self, but the physical sensations, thoughts and feelings get in your way.

These obstacles in your life affect your health, mood and emotions, thinking and cognition, and even your spirituality. You are ready to heal, recover, and to move forward. You want to know how.

Unresolved adverse life experiences in childhood and adulthood can lead to chronic, entrenched patterns in your brain and nervous system, resulting in negative emotional and relational states, hypervigilance, avoidance, and emotional freezing. Thankfully, trauma-informed, innovative and effective strategies are available to shift into real healing and growth.

You need to know that fear and emotional pain do not have to reign in your life.
Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT®) can help effectively process emotions, assisting with emotional resolution, symptom relief, clarity, internal organization, and confidence.

At Hope’s Lantern & Associates, we provide trauma resolution and resiliency services.

This includes Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT®), a drug-free therapeutic
treatment modality appropriate for treating clients for a wide range of conditions. ETT® clients frequently report rapid and remarkable relief within a short time.

ETT® can be implemented as an exclusive, complementary, or prescriptive treatment.
This means that ETT® can be provided as a stand-alone treatment or conjunctively with other evidenced-based trauma treatments such as EMDR.

Both ETT® and EMDR therapy approaches support reprocessing through facilitating
deconsolidation and reconsolidation of emotional memory networks in the brain. Clients experience empowerment in their processing, accessing adaptive information and resources. Adaptive information and learning then reconsolidate in the brain’s networks, producing long-term, positive change.

ETT® is grounded in interpersonal neurobiology and neuroscience, and incorporates visual brain stimulation. The types of visual brain stimulation used in ETT® incorporate up to four modalities in conjunction with supportive processing:

1) Multidimensional Eye Movement (MDEM)
2) Spectral Resonance Technique (SRT)
3) Peripheral Eye Stimulation (PES)
4) Light Emitting Device
